Michael acquired his Bachelor of Laws from Bond University and a Master of Laws (Corporate and Commercial Law) from the University of Sydney. He has commercial and litigation experience in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. Michael has in excess of 25 years commercial experience, acting as a business advisor/ lawyer to an exhaustive portfolio of prestigious private and corporate clients in the property and commercial business sectors. He has also acted as in-house counsel for various private companies. No matter where he shows up, Michael Leonard is fully equipped to battle or negotiate on your behalf. When Michael takes on a case, his clients reap the benefit of his considerable knowledge, experience and personal investment. Michael’s personal interest include sports, red wine and great food.

Danny obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Commerce, majoring in finance, from Melbourne University and obtained a scholarship for his studies. Prior to practicing law, Danny spent some at a, "Big 4" accounting firm in their corporate tax division. Having run a number of businesses, including his own private legal practice, Danny understands the pressures of business ownership and has first hand insight into the issues which plague business owners. Having experienced law both from a professional service provider's point of view and from a business owners perspective, Danny prides himself on his commercial accumen and his ability not only in providing practical legal solutions, but in identifying legal arbitrages. Outside of legal practice, you can find Danny at any one of Melbourne's driving ranges giving his irons a good workout.

Daisy acquired her Juris Doctor with Honours from the University of Melbourne. Prior to law school, she studied in Business English and obtained her Bachelor of Arts at one of the top specialised universities in China, University of International Busienss and Economics. Prior to practicing law, Daisy had industry experience in cross-border e-commerce, marketing and business consulting, and aims to apply her business acumen in providing pragmatic solutions to her commercial clients. When servicing individual clients with less involvement with the legal system, Daisy is highly empathetic and strives to ensure her clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the process. Outside of work, Daisy is a passionate basketball player and snowboarder and enjoys the company of her purrfect jolly cats, Pony and Tuffy.

Leonardi acquired her Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University. Leonardi joined the firm in 2021 as a graduate and is developing her practice in Banking and Finance in various aspects of banking, credit and financial planning activities in the business related and consumer domains. She adopts a pragmatic and solutions-based approach in providing advice to assist clients obtain better commercial outcomes. Leonardi also works with senior practitioners in the firm to provide clients with advice and assistance in practice areas such as commercial litigation, intellectual property and building and construction disputes. Outside of work, Leonardi is deeply passionate about music and enjoys attending musicals and concerts at Hamer Hall.
