Company Sponsorship

There are many ways for a company to become a sponsor. The most common way is by becoming a Standard Business Sponsor (SBS) which enables a company to sponsor foreign workers on a Temporary Skills Shortage (TSS) subclass 482 visa and on a Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (SESR) (Provisional) subclass 494 visa for companies located in the designated regional area.

Other sponsorship options include nominating foreign workers on a permanent residency visa, Employer Nominated Scheme subclass 186 visa, and sponsoring trainees under the Training Visa subclass 407

Visa Options for Individuals

Australia has a variety of visa options depending on each applicant’s migration goals. Whether your company is considering sponsoring foreign workers or you plan to work, study, or live permanently in Australia, we are here to provide advice and assistance with your sponsorship/visa application.

Permanent Residency Visas

If your objective is to stay in Australia permanently, there are many Permanent Residency visa options that you may be eligible for depending on your circumstances. Skilled professionals or tradespeople who are on Australia’s skilled occupation list can apply for the skilled visas under the General Skilled Migration (GSM) stream. Those with employers who are willing to sponsor them may go for the Employer sponsored visas. Applicants with Australian citizen or Australian Permanent Resident spouse/partner, child, or parent may go for the family visa options (Partner Visa, Parent Visa, or Child Visa).

Investor Visas are also available for applicants who are keen on setting up a business or investing in Australia.

Temporary Visas

Experience Australia through a short holiday on a Visitor Visa. Learn from our world class universities and education providers through a Student Visa and get a chance to stay longer via a Graduate Visa.

If you have an employer who is willing to sponsor you and your role is on our skills list, then you may be eligible for employer sponsored visas or a training visa.

Citizenship

Australian citizenship is available for Australian Permanent Residency visa holders who satisfy the residency and character requirements. It is also available to children born to a parent who is an Australian citizen or who holds an Australian Permanent Residency visa.

Reviews and Appeals

Sponsorship, nomination, or visa applications can be refused because of a myriad of reasons. It can be because not all the criteria for the application were not satisfied by the applicant; or there might be inconsistencies with the documents/information provided to the Department of Home Affairs; or adverse or misleading information might have been found.

Whatever refusal reason you may have been given, we are here to provide you advice in ascertaining whether you have a strong case for your appeal, and we can also assist you in your appeal application.
